Emergencies!

When it rains...  Last week the Bank foreclosed on my house (I have not been able to take my salaries). Now problems with visas because of US State Department Advisory warnings.  Fundraising has tanked because of the crisis.  But the Board, an anonymous donor and Fidelity Bank of Fitchburg came together to forestall the foreclosure for a year.  Sigh...  Today the Boston Globe is here to do a story.  I spoke at Dartmouth last night and met Jimmy Kircher who is accompanying me to Africa.  So life goes on and soon we'll be meeting cool African teens who will become part of our extended global network of PeerCorps volunteers.
